The building and company that prospered in Rochester, New York for the better part of the darkest periods in history, including the Great Depression and both World Wars, is receiving new life in an old factory.
DePaul is converting the Cunningham Carriage Factory into the Carriage Factory Apartments: 71 loft apartments for income-eligible tenants.
Watch the fascinating transformation of a flourishing business to a vacant eyesore to a community centerpiece providing affordable housing and support for numerous people in need.
