The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) economic stimulus bill has granted the Assisted Living Program at Glenwell funds for the following initiatives that will be in place until Spring 2025:

• Retention bonuses
• Transportation bonuses
• Professional development for advancement opportunities
• Certification conversion training for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to Home Health Aides (HHA)/Personal Care Aide (PCA)
• HHA/PCA training for non-certified staff
