The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) economic stimulus bill has granted the Assisted Living Program at Glenwell funds for the following initiatives that will be in place until Spring 2025:
- Retention bonuses
- Transportation bonuses
- Professional development for advancement opportunities
- Certification conversion training for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to Home Health Aides (HHA)/Personal Care Aide (PCA)
- HHA/PCA training for non-certified staff
