The Pan-American Square Apartments are located in the city of Buffalo, New York.

Each studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment feature:

• a fully equipped kitchen with a range, refrigerator and microwave
• a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV
• in-unit storage

Heat, air conditioning, hot water and electric are included in the rent and community laundry facilities are available at no cost to the tenant. There is also off-street parking. Tenants will have access to a lounge on each floor with computers and a community room. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. The building is 100 percent smoke free. There are designated smoking areas provided outdoors.

There are a total of 150 units centrally located to many local amenities that tenants may need such as grocery shopping, schools, places of worship, medical care, banks, libraries, government agencies and general shopping. There are 50 available units including 5 studio, 37 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom apartments. There are 38 units with ADA accessibility and 6 units with hearing and vision accessibility (HVA) in the building.

Each DePaul Properties, Inc. community has a no pet policy in place. However, service animals are accepted at all DePaul Properties, Inc. communities.

A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required at the lease signing and the applicant must meet the eligibility requirements of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Income and occupancy requirements apply.

Gross Income Limits

Rent (with all utilities included):

• $460 per month for a studio apartment
• $493-$850 per month for a one-bedroom apartment
• $592-$950 per month for a two-bedroom apartment
