Medication Coordinators provide comprehensive medication management and support to residents in a rehabilitative approach.
Responsibilities include:
Medication ManagementMedication Coordinators obtain prescriptions and refills and process medication changes. |

DocumentationThis includes documentation in legal documents/MARS (Medication Administration Record System). |

Observe, Monitor, and Report Resident Behaviors
|

Ongoing CommunicationMedication Coordinators facilitate ongoing communication with psychiatrists, Primary Care Physicians and pharmacies. |
