Single-Site Supportive Housing (For Persons with a Mental Illness)
Single-Site Supportive Housing programs provide long-term or permanent housing where residents with a mental illness can access the support services they require to live successfully in the community. This level of care is offered in Albany, Cayuga, Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Montgomery, Niagara, Oneida, Ontario, Orleans, Oswego, Schenectady, and Wyoming counties.
Supportive Housing offers a non-mental health program for those age 55 and over.
