Mardi Gras Pride (Woodcrest Commons)

February 19, 2013 (Henrietta, NY) ─ Woodcrest Commons residents celebrated Fat Tuesday with an array of activities and traditional treats.

Carnival season at Woodcrest Commons, a DePaul Senior Living Community, kicked off on February 10 as residents crafted homemade masks and necklaces using bells, beads, feathers and sequins.

On Tuesday, February 11, the hallways of Woodcrest Commons, a DePaul Senior Living Community, were decked in the traditional hues of purple, gold and green, along with signs warning of bead tossing and street signs found in New Orleans. Residents paraded through the halls tossing candy to staff and bystanders along the way.
