July 17, 2013 (Lincolnton, NC) ─ From locally freshly-picked strawberries and juicy watermelon to sun-ripened red tomato sandwiches fresh from the garden, Heath House residents are eating up summer! “We like to keep each month festive and go out of our way to make it feel like home for our residents,” said Activities Director Katelyn Davis. “Nothing brings back those memories of summer than taking a bite out of a juicy, refreshing slice of watermelon on a hot July summer day.”

Everyone left the watermelon social with a full belly, sticky fingers and an additional memory to add to their list of summer favorites,” said Davis.
