Coming Up Roses (Twelve Oaks)

February 20, 2014 (Mt. Airy, NC) ─ Pampering and glamour photo shoots, crafting homemade flower wreaths and bouquets and voting on kings and queens made for a lovely Valentine’s Day at Twelve Oaks, a DePaul Senior Living Community in Mt. Airy.

“We make a wreath for every holiday to help residents develop a sense of home-being,” said Twelve Oaks Activities Director Samantha Stanley. “I also use the crafts to decorate the activity room so residents’ family members can see what their family members have been up to when they come to visit.”
