Hats off to Hat Day! (Westwood Commons)

January 22, 2016 (North Chili, NY) ─ Hats can add personality and flair to an outfit, they can protect your face from the damaging rays of the sun or they can bring a smile to your face with their wackiness! Residents at Westwood Commons, a DePaul Senior Living Community in North Chili, recently celebrated National Hat Day on January 15th by donning caps of all colors, shapes and styles.
