July 12, 2016 (Rochester, NY) – Construction on Wheatfield Commons, a 114-bed DePaul Senior Living Community is currently underway in Wheatfield, New York. The 55,000-square foot senior living community is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2017.

Wheatfield Commons will be a country-style community with dormered windows, French doors, and covered porch. Residents in assisted living can choose fully-furnished private or semi-private accommodations. All units have kitchenettes with a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Suites will feature a generous bedroom and a living and dining area. Residents in assisted living can also enjoy lounges, activity space, a bathing spa, and ready access to a doctor’s office and staff support areas. Memory care residents will enjoy spacious private and semi-private bedrooms and inviting living, dining and activity areas.

Calamar Land Development Corporation will be overseeing development of Wheatfield Commons.
