Celebrating Residents Rights at Woodridge
November15, 2019 (Monroe, NC) ─ Seniors stepped back in time for a tour of the decades at the annual Residents Rights Celebration at Bethlehem Presbyterian Church in late-October. Sponsored by the Centralina Area Agency on Aging, the theme of this year’s event was “Find Your Voice,” with each community in attendance picking a historical decade to dress up as. Sporting tie-dye shirts, headbands, peace sign necklaces Woodridge, a DePaul Senior Living Community in Monroe, took first place with their rendition of the 1960s.
