March 12, 2020 (Cheektowaga, NY) ─ Residents at Glenwell, a DePaul Senior Living Community in Cheektowaga, showed off their purple, green and gold with pride for a Mardi Gras party earlier this month.

Pictured clockwise above are Glenwell residents Susan Siepierski, Carol Fazio, Eileen Finnigan and Jean Patterson enjoying the festivities. Activities Director Scott Wieser provided the music for the party and Dietary Director Fran Roselli provided a full day of Fat Tuesday-worthy fare! For breakfast, residents enjoyed baked New Orleans’ omelets and Cajun home fries. Lunch featured jambalaya, red beans and rice and bananas foster. And the day closed out with New Orleans’ sweet potato soup, Po Boy sandwiches, Cajun fries and red velvet cake for dessert.
